1. Return Policy
At Rajmudra Ringshop, returns are accepted only if the item is defective. To be eligible for a return, you must provide video proof of the defect recorded during the unboxing process.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ringshop.online with your order number and video proof of the defect. We will provide further instructions on returning the item.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if the item is returned in its original, unused condition and meets all return criteria with proper video proof. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective: We will cover the return shipping costs after verifying the defect.

For all other return requests: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@ringshop.online for cancellation requests.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund upon verifying the defect.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
